Sextuplets

It's been a little over a month now since the Hartley's came to visit us -- and you may find a similar blog post out there in the blogosphere... but hey, since we basically live parallel lives with this family, here is my parallel post!

Gwen, Scott and the kids at Cole's baptism.
SO happy they were with us on that special day =)
It was their first time meeting Cole!  He instantly loved them!

One of my favorite pictures - the first time Cal held Cole.

An attempt at a 'family' picture ha!  With 5 fiesty little ones - this is a feat that has yet to be perfected!  But what is perfection?!  What was near perfection that Easter Sunday - the weather!  We just had to get outside, lined up right next to the Mighty Missouri River.

*Sidenote* Please pray for those who will be affected by the flooding of the Missouri River this summer.  My hometown is just one of many communities that will be deeply affected by what weather experts are calling the "Great Flood of 2011". We are thinking of all the families affected and those who have had to evacuate their homes as the flood looms...

Beautiful =)

LOVE this picture of Claire - such a graceful darling!

Quad Team back again!

Somebody had to be separated from the crowd for a minute.
Lola truly was in rare form that day ha!
I think she was upset she didn't get the memo to wear jeans ;)

All 6 of our love bugs -- Cal is COVERED in munchkins!

Our two sweethearts, Aidan and Claire.

And then we have the lively duo - Ty and Lola.
No, Ty, you can't eat her no matter how scrumptious she is!

Well, then can I just smell her hair??
Kiss her cheek?
Love how laid back Lola looks here - she loves her Ty guy!

About to do the mariachi?
I don't think Ty will ever forgive me for how high his pants were riding in this picture hahaha!

Cal and Cole.
Can't even begin to express how thankful we are that Cole will have Cal to look up to...
Brothers :)

Another favorite!

All the boys!
Looks a bit hectic in Cal's world here ha!
Handful!

Ahh, a day in the life...

True friends can be hard to come by, and a lot of friends come and go out of our lives - I can't say it enough how lucky I am to have found myself a bestie (and a bestie family!) -- but dang, those 8 hours of drive time between us!?!  We make it work though :)  Love sharing these precious moments with them, and sharing these memories with You!

Until the next trip... fingers crossed for August, XOXO

LOVE all the photos, what a great group of kids! My favorite photo - the one of Ty and Lola doing the dance moves - looks like someone said "freeze!" as they are in mid-move! SO cute!
